30-day returns, no questions asked. If you're not happy with your purchase — or your pet isn't — you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

How it works

1. Message us through the contact page with your order number.
2. We'll confirm the return and give you the return address.
3. Send the item back — unused and in its original packaging, please.
4. Your refund lands in your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return.

Damaged or faulty items

We're sorry about that — send us a couple of photos and we'll make it right: a replacement or a full refund, your choice. Return shipping is on us for faulty items.

Late or missing orders

If your order hasn't arrived within 15 business days of shipping, message us and we'll investigate — and reship or refund, whichever you prefer.
